    The report from Jesica is spot on!
    I am a volunteer with *** and lent them my pontoon boat from June to October 2024, so the could take physically able clients out fishing or just for a boat ride. Unfortunately, we were unable accommodate wheelchair bound clients, because the *** accessible boat was, and still is, sitting at the TopStitch facility in Syracuse.
    We have been promised, over and over again, that the work would be finished "shortly".
    Unfortunately, as of today January 1, 2025, we are still waiting to hear from the owner, that our boat is finished and ready for pickup.

    I am writing as a supporter of the nonprofit company Advanced Strategies Adventures. They offer outdoor adventures for handicapped people. I have seen firsthand how topstitch upholstery’s lack of progress on their boat ( floor & seating replacement )has affected their events. Their boat was dropped off sometime in May 2024 and was not completed within the 30 days promised. During that time they had a children’s boating adventure for make a wish that they had to borrow a boat for. Also they were limited on the number of people they could offer outings to as they didn’t have another wheelchair accessible boat. I had spoken with the owner who said that for the majority of the time topstitch has had the boat little to no work was done on it. As of this month ( beginning of October) the boat has still yet to be finished. Apparently the incorrect seat had been ordered. If they couldn’t finish the job within the promised amount of time they should have informed the owner as such. If I could give topstitch a zero rating I would. For your own sake look elsewhere to take your business.
