    Stanley Steamer came out to my home on sept 17th, 2022 to "clean my carpets" in 4 rooms of my house. Over $400.00 spent. The carpets were only 5 years old and have been cleaned previously by myself. After they told me they were done, the carpets did not look any cleaner. I had to rent a Bissell carpet cleaner the next weekend and with only making one pass of the cleaner per room, i emptied 5 buckets full of brown dirty water. They are "Allergy and Asthma friendly"??? what does that mean, I should have assurance that children can play on healthy , clean carpets after they "clean them", correct? The dirt they left behind by not cleaning my carpets was disgusting. The owner offered nothing but to come back out and clean them again. Why would anyone want them back out, my carpets were already cleaned by me! No one needs them coming back out to dump more water on your carpets. Consumer beware; Stanley Steamer does not clean your carpets.

    I talked to ***** a few times. I offered to reclean everything for free. ***** refused. I then asked ***** if I could go to his house, look at everything and discuss an outcome, ***** refused. I mailed him a gift certificate for the full amount. I am willing to reclean everything for free and I will do it as the owner.

    The owner responded on here and said he offered to come out and clean my carpets? What did they do the first time? Nothing! I cleaned them myself with a $39.00 Bissell cleaner from Lowese! Awesome machine! Removed all the dirt that Stanley steemer didn’t clean!
