      I sent in a Bible for repair and was promised a two month timeframe to be completed. After waiting nearly three months, I received a subpar repair of the Bible. Pages that were separated from the spine were never repaired correctly. The new cover for the Bible was poorly glued together and the lettering on the spine is blurred and not centered properly. I paid $220 for the repair work and the pages have fallen off of the spine when the Bible was first opened.

      I responded quickly to his complaint. I informed him of the initial difficulty with page centering and told me that was fine, I also gave him a 10 per cent discount. As to the other issues he said he would send back for corrective action and a full discount if unsatisfied after that. He did not indicate the desire to involve BBC and I had thought our issue would be cared for to both parties satisfaction.
