    I highly recommend SiteSwan for anyone looking to build professional websites quickly and efficiently. As a user with little prior experience in web design, I found SiteSwan incredibly intuitive and user-friendly. The platform offers a robust selection of templates that are easy to customize, making it simple to create unique and polished websites for my clients. The customer support team has also been exceptional, promptly addressing any questions or issues I've encountered along the way.     When I first decided to build a website, I had no experience and felt overwhelmed. I loved the idea of running my own web design business, but other platforms seemed too complicated to learn. Then I found SiteSwan Website Builderwhat a game-changer!Their 30-Day Training Program walked me through everything step by step. They also have a 14-Day Launch Plan to help with selling to small businesses. Following their directions, I landed my first client just a few days after starting the launch plan! This gave me the confidence boost I needed to feel like I can do this. I can't recommend SiteSwan enough!

    When I was looking for a better way to build websites for my small business customers, I wasn't sure if any platform would meet my demands. I needed speed, reliability, I wanted U.S.-based support, and strong templates to work off of. When I found these guys at SiteSwan, it checked all the boxes. DO NOT waste your time with those other platforms that they advertise on TV. Soup to nuts these guys have the whole web design in a box thing packaged up nicely and it gets you going immediately on the right foot. And support is awesome!

    I've had great success using the SiteSwan Website Builder to run my web design business. From the start, I was impressed by how easy it was to create beautiful websites. The variety of themes they offer is fantastic, making it simple to find the perfect look for just about any small business.What really stood out to me was how beginner-friendly SiteSwan is. Im not a tech expert, but the platform's design made everything straightforward. The drag-and-drop features allow me to build websites just the way I want without any hassle.The training program was a huge help. Its clear and well-structured, making it easy to learn how to use all the tools available. I felt supported every step of the way, which boosted my confidence as I built sites for my clients.Customer support has been amazing too. Whenever I had questions or needed help, the SiteSwan team was quick to respond and very helpful. It made a big difference knowing I could get assistance whenever I needed it.Overall, using SiteSwan has been a great experience.     I have been trying for months to cancel my monthly subscription and have been unable to. I have contacted an attorney to help with this matter.

    Hi ***** - it does appear that you first reached out to cancel on May 14, 2023. We replied right away requesting the information necessary to validate your account ownership, but despite many attempts to get that information from you, we still have not received it. Clearly you're unhappy, and we don't want that. Now because the email address you used here to post this review matches the one we have on file, and noticing you haven't logged in since May 14, we're going to make an exception to our Refund Policy, and cancel your account, refunding all payments since May 14. That will be done today. By the way, that would have been something we'd have been happy to do anyway, once you got us the validation we requested. Sorry if this was a difficult process for you and if there was any frustration on your part, but we were just trying to make sure someone wasn't trying to cancel your account without your knowledge.
