    Spoke to a gentlemen, after attending a healthcare webinar he does a service where you purchase company website , domain, business cards, leads, etc for $500 and they send you business cards so when you dispute the charge with the bank they send a copy of ordered business cards which cost no where near the $500. The only reason Im creating this review is because I see their ad on ********** and its around Christmas time which they take advantage of people who dont know any better during that time.

    I am still waiting for my refund which they took automatically in my account. They told me to cancel the dispute with my bank so that they can issue the refund right away and which I did. Until now I haven't received my refund and I haven't heard from Ideal directories.

    We deeply regret the inconvenience caused in this very unique situation. Our payment processor was unable to see the canceled dispute for almost 2 weeks, which is very unlike them. But we were at their mercy to know that the dispute was actually canceled before we could issue the refund. The refund was issued on Sep 22, 2023, and you acknowledged that you received the refund and that everything was settled. Sorry you had to wait so long, but we're happy that you received the money back that you requested.
