    This company sold me 4 HP cartridges and HP shows Cartridge Problem message. I returned clicked to return to ****** because support was a recording call back. I called back and had to leave a message. Later someone called back and they offered a solution which had a 25% chance of success, I asked for a 100% solution they said no, I told them I have started a return if I can't resolve and if they only offer the 25% solution I will write a 1 start review and asked for the support person's name and I have the option to return or not, they told I am required to return it and the 25% solution is no longer available, and I told them you do not dictate to me how I deal with a company selling defective products, *************************** hung up and calls to their support number no longer work. The address on the BBB link is valid to *************************** but their website does not match the BBB database. This is the United States of America and Value Toner store does not dictate how customers deal with companies sell print cartridges that are defective.
