      I purchased the sauna mat and love it so far. I'm 6' tall and the XL is perfect, with plenty of room for someone tall(er). High quality product, responsive customer service, everything is as described and exceeds expectations.

      LifePro Fitness is a *********** that backs its products with a lifetime warranty. I have purchased a whole body vibration platform as well as a red laser therapy device from them. The build quality is top notch and the customer service and training videos are also exceptional. I highly recommend LifePro for their quality and service as well as their innovative product line.

      I purchased a sauna from LifePro on November 30 2023. The sauna arrived with half of the components broken. I get it, this happens but I have reached out to the company dozens of times, phone calls, emails, reviews and they have yet to resolve the situation Its now January 11 ****. I requested replacement parts and they said they didnt have a timeline to get those to me and then per their policy I requested a full replacement which is a huge undertaking were talking about a full sauna that comes via freight. They said they approved it and I would get a tracking number within 48 hrs am I surprised that I never got a tracking number or email from them? No I never heard back and they dont pick up when I call. Im extremely frustrated with the lack of follow through with their policies and the lack of communication. I wish I never bought anything from them. I would not recommend buying from this company.

      Highly satisfied & worth it! I bought a LifePRo vibration plate. I use it regularly and have already seen results in better muscle toning. I can't wait to see even more improvement. They have excellent customer service; I thought I had registered it for the lifetime warranty and was waiting for a promised massage ball. I did not *************** ball, so I emailed the company. They were prompt in their reply and extremely helpful. They sent me another link (with confirmation) that I have my product registered for the lifetime warranty and a few days later, I received the massage ball. Note: I initially bought the vibration plate due to bone loss, so the obvious muscle toning was a pleasant surprise. However, with my doctor, long term, we will check my bone density for changes. The company does have an offer for people with bone loss (I did not take advantage of it). It seems they do care and will go the extra mile to be sure customers are satisfied.

      I purchased the lifepro wave vibe plate thats supposed to have a lifetime ************ cant seem to get anyone to answer my phone calls or return text messages. The vibe plate comes with 2 bands that are attached to each side & 1 of them is tearing & had I not saw it while cleaning it could have been a hazard to me! The band is used to pull up on for extra exercises while using the vibe plate & had it ripped completely through while I was using it I could have been seriously injured. Im trying to get a replacement but they keep telling me they need my order ********** dont have it anymore because I bought it a year ago! They should be able to look up that information if they were a legitimate company with good customer service!

      Order placed online and did not receive any email confirmation. Called the 800# and they could not provide the order # to me, said they sent it to my email. I never received any email with the order #. They provided a ***** tracking # which did not change in 4 days. Every response they send tells me to look in my spam folder. Nothing but a run-around. I informed LifePro I was going to contact my CC company to stop payment, and their response was to check my spam folder.
