    As a small nonprofit arts organization, we placed a $1,390 order with Wooter Apparel for custom jerseys intended for fundraising at our event on April 17. Unfortunately, the jerseys arrived just before the event with a significant errorthe event logo was misprinted. Wooter offered to reprint the jerseys, but with only two days before the event, this was not a viable solution.They then proposed a partial refund but only provided $100, which does not adequately compensate for the unusable merchandise and the lost fundraising opportunity. This experience was not only financially detrimental but also disheartening, considering the importance of the event for our organization.We hope Wooter Apparel takes steps to improve their quality control and customer service to prevent similar situations for other organizations.

    Wooter Apparel did an amazing job on our team jerseys! The quality is top-tierthe jerseys are high-quality, durable, and fully reversible, perfect for our team. Olya S. was incredible throughout the process, providing great communication and making sure everything went smoothly. The design team got my vision really close to what I wanted, and the final product exceeded expectations. Our squad is repping these with pride! If you need custom team gear, Wooter is the way to go!

    Wooter was AMAZING to work with. ******, our salesperson, was SUPER helpful, accommodating, responsive, and overall just amazing! He worked diligently with our designer and our requests and because of that we will absolutely use Wooter for all of our team needs moving forward!

    We had a wonderful experience with Wooter! From the easy design process, to customer service and some hand holding through our team's first jacket purchase, the Wooter team worked wonderfully together with our team. The accounting department worked with our school's accounting department seamlessly. We got our jackets ahead of schedule and they were in contact with us the entire time regarding shipment. The warmup jackets were exactly like the design we created and the quality is excellent. We get lots of compliments on our jackets! We are about to place an order for our new season.

    Hooter apparel is a great business that designs uniforms. Kevin ******** was my sales representative. He was always answering my calls. He helped me get a deal and he helped my shipping arrive fast along with the free jersey set that he gave me for purchasing a certain amount I really appreciate Kevin And the help from him, I would recommend more teams to shop and buy from them ????
