    These guys are the worst, they will lie and cheat to cover up their miss *****. I was renting a apartment for over 8yrs, before they came along, rent paid on time no issues with neighbors, and even before they came along I was taking care of the building, turning in drug dealers, chasing out drug users, well after they took over, they wanted to raise my rent 300 dollars, I thought this pretty steep, so I questioned it, they wouldn't give me a reason, so I asked if your going up that much could I at least get some work done to my apartment, they sent a maintenance team over, and pretty much my bathroom was going to need some work done due to mold and other issues, the maintenance team said they were going discuss my situation with management, I was fine with that, 2 weeks go by I hear nothing. So I called them to see what was going on, they stated that once they spoke with a vendor they would let me know, when they could start fixing me issues, guess what 2 or 3 days later I get an eviction notice for 90 days, this is who these people are, they are scandalous and liars and do not care nothing about tenants
