Mike and Tim were prompt, professional and courteous. A thorough inspection and treatment of my property, which is large, was performed. I was asked if I had any concerns before they started. This is the first year I have used Thomas Pest Service and I am thoroughly satisfied. I will be using them again next year.

Very pleased with Marc who provided service to us today 9/19. He listened to our concerns and paid special attention the area around our home where we have been having issues. Monday morning September 19, 8:00 a.m. scheduled in response to my Saturday morning call regarding bees nesting in my garage doorframe. As always, the technician phoned to let me know he would arrive in 25 minutes, and promptly at 8:30 Phil arrived as promised. I explained what transpired over the weekend and he explained what he planned to do to remedy the situation. He proceeded to go about his task quickly and efficiently, all the while schooling me in the reasoning behind each step. As a bonus, he taught me a few things about bees! I am always pleased with my routine service from Thomas, but this visit rose above the ordinary. I can't say enough how pleased I was with Phil's expertise and his pleasant and professional manner. I hired Thomas Pest to re-insulate a basement ceiling that had been destroyed by field mice. They also did exclusion work, including installing a burrow blocker around a porch. They did a phenomenal job - thorough, professional, courteous. They now come every 2 months for pest inspection inside and outside. Communication before and after the appointment is superb. The technicians really know their stuff and are professional and diligence. If there are any issues, they will send a technician out without extra charge. I couldn't be happier with this company or their service and have recommended them to many friends and neighbors.Thomas Pest Services
