From the first call, to initial visit with Charles for the inspection, to treatment Thomas Pest Services were amazing! Kind, detailed information, reassuring, and professional. Greg and Victor were so pleasant and professional! Very pleased all around. Highly recommend!

Super professional and very knowledgeable. Greg and Victor were very supportive and went above and beyond answering our questions and assured us our issue would be taken care of. And it was! We have been using Thomas Pest Services for several years. We have a technician come each quarter to inspect for critters and insects. In the beginning the technician looked for and sealed all openings into our basement as well. Those openings have remained well sealed and no critters have eaten the foods they change each quarter.] Yesterday March 21, 2023 Michael was the Technician. First time meeting Michael. He was very personable, thorough, and communitive. He checked inside and outside the house, even the attic. Michael is an asset to the Thomas Team. As always Zack H. did a wonderful job of performing my inspection and explaining to me what he was finding and how he was going to resolve the issues that I was having. I really appreciate that Zack takes the time to listen to me and to look into any concerns that I may have. Thomas Pest Services gives me a confident feeling that if I have a problem, I can call them or when Zack comes out for my inspections, he will be able to help me. I am very glad that I became a client of theirs's because they have not disappointed me in all the years, I have been with them. We used Thomas Pest for mice in the attic. The technician for the initial appointment was Brandon J. He was friendly, professional and courteous. We found him to be very gracious about wearing a mask inside due to family health concerns. He was quite thorough and explained everything he had done. Thank you!Thomas Pest Services
