    My situation started with a workers comp injury. I was shuffled around to three different doctors that couldn't just say I had a sprained foot. Why? I don't know. Finally I had to get all the reports for workers comp. Workers comp denied the claim on the grounds that the doctors didn't list a diagnosis and then finally it was a date that the doctor recorded wrong as being date of injury. This started in August 23. It's Now January 24. I have spoke with two different office managers and they both agreed it was an easy change to fix and that they would be working on it. I haven't heard anything. I have over 20 emails and 20 phone calls with no resolution. Honestly I lost faith in OrthoNY after my first visit. Back in the day these were the people to go to. Not anymore. Find a different Orthopedic because thise place has gone way down hill and they don't care about you. It's all about money and they have become so lazy and disceitful. It's not worth your aggrivation and possible financial loss.
