    I signed up and received my first box, when I went to log back into get a mailing label to exchange for a different size, I could not, the website said password was incorrect. Clicked link to get new password, no response. Emailed from the "Contact us" because you cannot call anyone, and no response. I was charged on my credit card and I cannot contact anyone to stop the subscription.

    I signed up 5 months ago. I've been charged every month, but have never revived a box. I've had an email conversation with several team members, and I've been assured each time that my account has been canceled and my credit card info deleted from their system. Well, another charge just came through today.

    Never reply to emails. Can't contact by phone. I requested to exchange my shirts twice, per the instructions on the web site. Both times zero response. I requested to cancel my auto shipment and received no response. The web site does not offer an area to update my payment method so that I can assure that they don't continue billing me. I am truly frustrated and upset! I am going to continue to get billed they don't respond. I don't want to be part of this company's auto shop program, and they offer me no way to cancel. This business needs to be reviewed and their standards need to be improved. They should not be able to continue to bill people with the ability for customers to cancel. What a terrible feeling it is to have no option.

    Warning - Urbane Box does not provide the clothing and/or service that they claim to. In addition, they will not cancel your service upon request and will continue to ship poor quality, single brand, clothing that doesn't even come close to matching the clothing profile you fill out. They will offer an exchange, charge you a fee for the exchange, and send you more cheep crap that is unwearable and you'll simply want to exchange again.
    Urbane Box is basically a scam service that will lock you in for months, charge you a monthly fee, ship and bill you monthly for the cheapest, lowest quality clothing you can imagine (ex. it will be the wrong size, single brand clothing, cheap and ugly as anything you'll see in the market).
    PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THEIR PRODUCT / SERVICE - YOU WILL BE TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED.

    The reason I signed up with them is because I'm a disable individual under social security that rarely leave the home and is sad that individuals like this take advantage and don't get punish.
