    Started out being very professional and the installers were very friendly and worked quickly. However, when I contacted them about a defect in my granite island countertop, they didn't provide the customer service I expected. First, they sent the installers back to "buff out" the defect. That actually made it worse. Now, there is a whole area that is dull, as they buffed off the finish. They came back again to put a sealer on, but that didn't help at all. Angela came to take pictures of the countertop to send to the manufacturer. Apparently the manufacturer will not replace it as they feel the damage was made by the installers. I was told that Evolution All Phase would replace the countertop for me "when they contracted another job". In addition, the seam in my countertop is protruding! It's been 5 months since my install. I am really not pleased at all.
