      I will say that they were all friendly and nice and also they install itself was very neatly done but this is useless since I dealt with issue after issue without any real concern for me as a customer.
      however the wall units were not at all installed in the requested wrong spots and refused to move them without charging me over $1000 each to move them. the outside unit partially blocked my window and had allot room to put anywhere.they barely answered all my questions which i felt reasonable since i was spending over $20k for this system. wouldn't take responsibility for any wrong doing when at the very least one major mistake was made and in the end 4 mistakes very made. i addressed these concerns before the work was finished and ignored me. they rushed the job and put everything that was the easiest which i told them otherwise from the start. promised to provide instant rebate then told me i had to pay the entire bill and refuse to help at all. i'm easy to get along with but they didn't care about my requests at all.
      Even though i am paying them for this system and they are responsible for installing the system to my satisfaction one location a unit needed mounting was not accessible by ladder since this outside unit they installed was in the way which would not have been a issue if it was done right from the start and they said the only way is with some lifter so i rented one at my cost of $850 and then after all of that tells me it cant be done. shouldn't the professionals i hired know this and shouldn't they be able to asses this before i wasted all the money? shouldn't the installer be responsible to get a lift themselves since this what it would take to do a job according to them and that is being paid for? everything important thing for this job that i had issues with was my burden to figure out and pay for not the installers responsibility?
