    I am extremely satisfied with Sonny's Property Maintenance. Owner, Robert L****, was referred to me by a commercial roofing company as I have a 1917 house with a slate roof, needing several slate repairs. This requires extra care craftsmanship. Bob spent time on my roof, taking videos to explain to me--bound to the ground-- the issues of the repairs. I also had some chimney issues as cement was coming down during hard rains. My estimate included everything roof related, and I am extremely pleased with his craftsmanship, and also his knowledge as to how to make professional repairs. While he was looking over my roof, I asked and then contracted with him to sand, stain, and refinish my first and second floor porch oak ceilings. The ceilings had been weathered and stained due to leaks. His work was perfection and my wrap around porch is now a delightful place for spending extra time. In addition, every day when the crew left, my property and porch area was spotless. And they had their own generator so as not to use my electricity. I am definitely pleased with the quality of the work, and Bob's concern for quality work.

    Horrible, horrible, horrible experience. We hired this company to do our front steps. We paid them in full for the project....due to their website for payment taking the entire amount for the down payment. Then they ran. They did not do any work on the front steps. We tried calling and we agreed to reschedule time. They never showed. We emailed, called, and made multiple attempts to either have work completed or return of money. We ended up taking them to court where we won our claim. We also discovered that they have multiple judgements against them. They still don't answer emails or calls. Still trying to get our money back. I would think long and hard on whether you possibly want to be their next victim.
