    I can not give a star for any of the services provided. But I have to leave one to write this review. I filed my taxes with Jackson Hewitt years 2019 &2020. I spent over ******* dollars each time and was promised representation should I need it. We it came to my knowledge that the woman who did my taxes for 2019 completely messed up from missing documents to input of wrong information. The *** contacted me about this just before 2020. Filed again in 2020 and the tax preparer under reported my income when I gave him all the tax documents. I am now in debt to the *** for close to 40, 000 dollars. Contacting ** the denied me representation and refused to fix the problem. Saying I didn't pay for a package that included representation. BS they robbed me and refused to fix the problem. I urge EVERYONE TO RUN DON'T USE JACKSON HEWITT UNLESS YOU LOVE PAYING MONEY TO THE ****
