    ON 8/27/2024 I signed a contract for $310,000.00 to renovate a house in Queens New York. They started the demolition and collected $155,000.00 that is when they start asking for more money before they complete the demolition and start the work. They stop after doing $10.000.00 worth of work. They are scammers, they have not returned any of my money they were paid. They have not done any of the work they were contracted to do. Haseeb ******** and Shafique ******** are scammers. They will steal your money. If you had similar experience report them to the District Attorney's office of Queens. They need to be held accountable for the scammers they are. ASA1 properties LLC.

    We had done all the demolition work, basement, first and second floors. Outside concrete and brick demolition work. He wants to get done extra work but didnt want to pay more money. I have all the pictures whatever we had done. Before me 2 to 3 companies leave the work. Because he is giving hot time to everyone. He just wants everything done free.
