    Purchased a trip through them. 100% refundable they said. They charged my credit card over $9k immediately. I decided to change plans and canceled a few days later. Promised a refund within **** days via the email cancelation they sent me. Here we are 20+ days later and no refund. They booked my trip through ********* and ********* confirmed to me they refunded Perks At Work $8k(as that was their rate to them). Spoke on the phone with Perks this week and promised refund that day, still no refund. Finally had to file a dispute with my credit card. Do not use them, they are a scam.
