  We wish to extend our appreciation & are happy to offer this recommendation for the fine work done by M & R Renovation and Remodeling LLC on our home in 2023. We researched and studied various ways to resurface our stucco home for the longest time. Stucco work is apparently a lost art! For years, we searched for contractors qualified to do the work who would actually show up to advise us on what was needed, give us a quote and follow through. Ruvim and his associates at M & R Renovation and Remodeling LLC (mrrenovationandremodeling.com) were the first of many contacted to do so and they had the perfect solution (much less costly than previous advice of another contractor who showed up to assess, but never followed through with a quote). M & R reinforced our aging home’s structure, added drainage, identified and expertly remedied areas of previous poorly done work causing ongoing damage and expertly re-did the entire stucco surface integrity & appearance and finished with a professional and meticulous paint job with areas of artistic flair to augment architectural details! Work was accomplished with greatest attention to detail and Old-World artistry at a most reasonable cost. We continue to receive glowing compliments from neighbors and random passers by on the excellent overall result & appearance of our home. M & R Renovation and Remodeling LLC were honest and helpful. Ruvim was responsive and reasonable in working with us to negotiate cost effective approaches on the scope of work around emergent unanticipated (but not surprising for an almost 90 yr old home) issues. We certainly recommend this reputable, talented & expert professional contractor to others looking for a professionally done, quality home renovation.

  Great company to hire. The boss is very attentive and I love that his layouts are unique, the way he constructs them is spot on to how he presents them on paper. I'm more than pleased with his work and how my home looks. Everything is beautiful. I can't wait for the weather to clear up so I can get my next project with M&R started. Definitely a five star company I highly recommend M&R Renovation and Construction LLC. You won't be disappointed so call them soon!

  I agree with the last review. I hired him for a bathroom remodel. Not showing up, coming late and working until midnight. Leaving without letting me know he was gone and leaving the garage and house open. Very inconsiderate. There are a lot of things that still need to be fixed. This morning I found where they had knocked a hole in the bedroom next to the bathroom. Unfortunately I have already paid for the work.

  **** I didn’t get a call from you at all you went directly on social media and started to make comments about this big huge hole in your wall witch was not bigger then a quarter and was behind your curtain witch you didn’t see ether. I called you immediately right after I saw your post and 11 PM. I was shocked that I didn’t get a call from you or a message but found out online on my social media that you found a hole. I came in the next day and fixed the little hole. And finished couple other touch ups that we agreed on to do later because you were sick and was not feeling good and you asked me if I could just give you sometime to get better. I always asked to let me know if there is anything you need or if you have any concerns.. h Yes I missed a hole behind a curtain yes I showed up late couple times I have a family just like you have your l own and schedule. Sometimes I couldn’t come in to work as well because of your schedule. I worked with you and you said you would work with me. I called and let you know every time I was late or couldn’t make it. At the end we finished the bathroom witch by the way everyone loves.

  We hired M&R at the end of April. At first, things were ok. It was annoying when he said he would be there at 8 or 9 am, and then show up at noon or later. I and my husband had to take time off work to help accommodate him finishing the project. The Project came to an end and that's when we noticed... Dings and cracks in the new tile Improperly sealed shower surround, scratches all over our new mirrors, no backing to the sinks, just open wall... He did not replace any of the baseboards either. All we got were excuses for the damaged items... Then the tiles on the shower came up not once but twice. He attempted to fix it the 1st time and damaged the tile. Then even more tiles came up. I asked specifically for the tiles we originally paid for to replace the tiles that came up. He bought cheap tile and completely disregarded our wishes for what we paid for. He made the mistake Three times! It has been a nightmare. We still can not use our shower and now we are going to have to pay even more money to fix the subpar work he did.
