    If you are ever in the unfortunate situation where you need an expediter, whether it is a situation created by a previous home owner or a situation that you created, I encourage you to reach out to ********************* of BuildingPermitsZOOM.com to resolve the problem. ***** is hands on, frequently answers his own phone and will keep you apprised every step of the way. He does the necessary research to analyze your circumstances and he has contacts that are the best in the business. If you follow his advice and trust the process he will resolve any issue that you might have. I never felt as if someone elses problem was more important than mine. I also do not believe that anyone could have resolved my situation faster or more efficiently than he did. An added benefit is that he always has a great story to share.

    Terrible motivation! No one calls you back, texts take over a day to answer. **** never went to the site to actually look at the job after being paid. Now not answering calls for a refund.NO WORK WAS STARTED after payment!!

    We were hired to do a permit and violation search which is what we successfully did. As per our retainer, ****************** was informed of the paperwork and documents needed in order to complete his desired project. This includes a new survey provided by a licensed surveyor. This is all required in order to complete the proposed work to maintain. ****************** was also told verbally and in writing that a set of drawings were required to complete filing. The registered architect went to the site and provided a written quote several times to the customer but was never hired to complete the survey drawings. ****************** also did not provide us the necessary survey or drawings to file for the building permit. Finally, we always answer phone calls during business hours.
