    I ordered a dumpster that was supposed to arrive on June 28 at 12pm I saw it was not delivered yet, I called them and they said that its on schedule and it still didn't arrive, the following day I called them and they said they do not see my account , and note this is with making me pay in FULL upfront, they reopened the account and assured me that it will be delivered the 29th or latest the 30th the day passed and no dumpster was delivered, I've been calling them everyday and its July 4th and it sill hasn't arrived yet. one thing I can say about this company is that the only ones they serve is the BEARS!!

    Do. Not. Use. This. Company. I have MS and its very difficult for me to move around. I would rather gather my trash, put it in my car, drive to the town dump and deposit my trash there then continue to use this company. We started out mid March and by mid April only two of 10 garbage pick *** had been completed. You can see my original review below if you like, for that story. Things got better for about three weeks and then they completely fell off again. We always had trash and recycling out early in the morning so nothing would be missed. Thompson showed up two (maybe three?) times with an a 2 1/2 month period. Most of the time the stuff sat out throughout the day and by early evening, the garbage would be ripped apart and strewn down the street and into the *****. I ran into a bear a few nights ago when I went to my car because they hadnt picked up the trash! This company takes your money and does not render services. Seriously, find somewhere else to give your money or take your trash to the dump yourself. This company is absolutely absurd. I dont know how theyre still in business. OLD REVIEW; COMPLETELY NOT THE **** NOW (July 22)OK, it started out a little rough, but after speaking with Krissy, everything is absolutely wonderful. The first month we had a contract with this company, our garbage was almost never picked up. I was very ***** and I was looking for another company. I emailed them though and Krissy got back to me right away. She credited me for all of the contract time that we did not get garbage pick up and gave me her cell phone number. She also said she was putting other sanitation workers on our route and to please call her if anything wasnt right. Since then, the guys that have come to pick up the garbage and the recycling have been prompt. Thanks!!
