  I’ve been very pleased with Wonder Windows excellent customer service and have used them on more than one occasion. They did an excellent job installing the windows and the windows are high quality. They did my whole house! I highly recommend them!

  I would just like to say what a wonderful experience we had getting our windows installed. Everything was right on time and execution was stupendous. We were very pleased with the service done of 4 new windows installed, will surely buy from again! Thank you Wonder Windows for awesome service!!

  They did a fantastic job installing 8 windows for us. They were able to get it complete in one day and they were extremely professional and polite. I wouldn’t use anyone else after the experience I had. Pricing was competitive and the lead time was short.

  If I could give a negative review I would. My Grandmother paid very very good money for a bay window she’s wanted for years and finally decided to go ahead with it. They put the wrong sized molding in and didn’t caulk any of it. The then scratched one of my tables took it to get fixed and still have not gotten it back. nobody wants to return calls or emails or anything. It’s been since July I’ve been trying to get in contact with them and now it’s October and still nothing. never again would I ever use this company or recommend into anyone.

  Had their windows installed by a crappy contractor who claimed to work for them. Patio door leaks and is always steamed in between the double panes. Screens are ripped and/or "flapping" in the breeze. Contacted Wonder Windows a number of times to get someone out here to repair the screens and look at the sliding door. NOTHING!!! Crickets!!!! No call backs, nothing. Have a complaint filed against the contractor but Wonder Windows DO NOT stand behind their crappy products and could care less if you have a problem. My husband is disabled and we don't have a lot of money but wasted what we had on them. DO NOT use Wonder Windows at all for anything. Bad product, bad customer service and they do not stand behind their product. Cheaply made.

  Bought 9 windows from these folks, last fall. Got word 2 weeks ago windows are here and scheduled a 2 day time frame for the install. Day 1 came and went, no one called me. I called them and was told there was a "problem at the warehouse" Next day one installer showed up. I had to tell them we wasted one full day of the 2-day install, and that we would have to re schedule. It turned out that the windows were still in an out of town warehouse on that first day. We rescheduled for the following week. The crew was expected between 8-9 am. At 10am i called in and was told they were on their way. I followed up several times and was told again they were on their way. By 1pm still no one showed up. I called Wonder Windows customer service Alex and canceled for the day, since I no longer had a 2-day time frame to allow for the install. This was the second time no one showed up. I have two other contractors on hold waiting to do work that I had to reschedule Twice.

  Hi ***** we apologize for the level of service you experienced. Your issue does not meet our Wonder quality standard. After 60 years in the business, we understand the need for constant improvement and appreciate your feedback. We have taken your input seriously and are learning how to ensure that this does not happen again in the future. Here is my understanding of the events as they transpired: • Installation was scheduled for 3/15/23-3/16/23. • On the morning of the 15th, • We realized that we had an issue with some of the products for the job still being in our Rochester warehouse. We set up an emergency transfer on the 15th to get the product to the jobsite. • Due to the transfer, the installer did not arrive at the jobsite before 1:00pm and the customer cancelled the installation that day. • A new day of 3/22-3/23 was scheduled and confirmed with the customer. • On 3/22 there was miscommunication with our installer as to the start date of this project and we pivoted to another installer to take over the job. Due to the confusion, the installer was delayed and did not arrive at the worksite by 1:00pm and the customer cancelled the installation for the day. • The installer arrived back on 3/23 and the customer sent the installer away and contacted our office requesting another installer for the job. • We offered two more dates and times slots and the customer choose 3/27 • The job has been completed. Thank you for your patience and sharing your concerns. We will be reviewing this internally and taking action accordingly.   Never do business with these people. One they are over priced but mostly their customer service is just horrible! We had two special order windows that took over 4 months to produce. 2 picture windows but they were not that big just an odd size. This seemed ridiculous but we got the COVID supply issue as the excuse which we didn’t buy. The one window had a crack in it which didn’t effect the window from doing its Kobe so they ordered a replacement after installing it. The installers measured it and sent the dimensions to the office. The office called me a couple days later to confirm which window it was. The window was ordered and took over two months to come in, all they needed was one side of a sliding window and again not huge just an odd size. Window came in and it was completely the wrong sliding window. It was the one for the other picture window where the sliding windows are much smaller so not sure how the measurements were wrong and I confirmed which window it was. So once again we waited 2 months for another replacement. I’m the mean time I spoke to their office a half a dozen time trying to get updates and got the run around each time. Finally the correct window came in only finding out calling the company and asking for an update and oh yes your window came in last week but no one called to let us know or schedule an appointment. I then told them I wanted a inconvenience discount and was told 4% is the most they were allowed to give so it was like $90 on a $3000 install. I really let them have and said you can give what you want to give if you really wanted to. Finally we received a $116 discount on a $3000 job that took 7 months to complete. Do not use these people. Find anyone else even if it costs more. They are horrible! We did have one person there who had no control or power who was nice and apologetic every time I called. She was the only good interaction I had with these people.

After 60 years of business, we understand the need for constant improvement and appreciate your feedback. We stand behind our products and our workmanship and hope to earn your trust back. The multiple issues that you experienced regarding the broken IGU’s are unacceptable and not a normal occurrence for us. Unfortunately, custom IGU’s carry a long delivery time and we had to go through the production process several times. After further review of the situation, and due to all of the delays that you incurred, we will be sending you additional compensation.
