    This company has a wide range of pricing to fit any budget. Everyone there was so nice and punctual. They showed up, did the job, cleaned up after themselves, and my windows look great. They are bright, clean, and airtight I would recommend Comfort to anyone looking to get their windows replaced

    Update: On February 4, 2025 Comfort Windows finally replaced the glass in my sliding glass door and they also replaced the rollers in the moving portion of the door. I got a follow-up call from the service department apologizing for the delay and said they were refunding the $167 I sent for cost of labor. I did get their check. I am satisfied with their resolution to this unfortunate service failure..

    I have been trying to get a single panel of a sliding glass door replaced by Comfort Windows under warranty. My first request was August 9, 2024 and after several contacts they agreed that the door was covered, but I would have to pay for labor. My check for $167 for labor was send September 9th and cashed September 11th. I was promised a install date shortly and after 2 more inquiry calls to the Comfort Windows Service Department, I'm still waiting for an install date.
    I believe warranty service request from August 9th that is still not being addressed as of December 1 is totally unacceptable and no way deserves the glorious awards you have awarded them.

    Great work, polite technicians, were flexible, took requests into account and was a smooth process. Good financing options as well.
    A bit of a wait, but that's because their business is in demand- get in line early!
    Got a window replaced with a sliding glass door and we're appreciating the access and extra natural light!

    I'm so happy with my windows , and the guys were so nice, and cleaned up perfectly! Right on time, and finished right when you said they would. They respected my neighbor's property as well when removing side and upper windows. My neighbor down the street, ****, stopped in to see how I liked them, as we both have old woodwork and plaster. (I did show him one window from the first time I purchased windows where he had to remove small strips and caulk. But nothing bad) and I hope he chooses Comfort. The guarantee is a big consideration. Your sign would not still be out in front of my home if I wasn't happy. And the triple pane upgrade and returning discount was the reason I decided to do all the windows this year.

    Had comfort install windows and sliding door the installers were professional and did a great job the windows and door was everything that was promised would use comfort again

    We are very pleased with the work we had done by Comfort Windows and Doors. We had 9 windows, 3 exterior doors, 2 storm doors, and 7 sets of shudders replaced. We did have to wait for 6 months for the order to be manufactured, and then scheduled for installment, but once the work began, it went very quickly. The workers were very courteous, thorough, and did a great job. There was an issue with the last set of shudders being the wrong size, but they informed us of the problem and ordered the correct size. There was more wait time, but once the shudders were manufactured, installation was scheduled and completed within 2 months. Any concerns we had were addressed immediately and rectified as promptly as possible. We are very happy with the product and service we received, and highly recommend the Comfort team!

    Comfort installed 13 new triple-pane windows in our home, replacing the 55 year old original windows. We are very happy with our experience with Comfort. Kate and Ryan did a great job. They arrived on time and worked very hard and continuously on both days. Kate kept me informed as she went along, and completed everything on time. They protected things with tarps and cleaned up when they were done. The windows look great, and we are looking forward to improved energy costs.
