    I had several large tree branches removed. The job was done perfectly. Very professional from beginning to end. Very pleased and highly recommend.

    Randall and his partner did a however, The level of disrespect at the end was horrible. First of all, I said I had a new driveway they failed to clean the area by the entrance to the garage. They failed to clean the street after. They also did small dents to my new gutter. When i spoke to him he made it seem like I should of paid cash when I told him from the very beginning these were new gutters and I pay in a form of money order. So he looked up the price on **** ***** and it was around 14 dollars but didn't take into account I will now have to pay someone to do that (to install the damaged piece). So he only gave a 20 refund. He also made it difficult where he didn't listen to the concerns. His response, "Cant be perfect or something along that lines". I also then asked can one of the trees they cut be even out at the top and he made it seem like it was something else to do. Dude as the "BOSS" check the work and make sure customer is fully satisfied. If you get your work done make sure you don't hand check, cash or anything until you are satisfied with clean up etc. I would never do business with them again. To think I was going to give them each a 40 dollar tip. Look for other tree cutters.

    Sam is incredibly responsive and reliable about coming when he says he will. He is amazingly skilled at bringing down even enormous trees in tight spaces with a minimum of destruction and is open to doing the whole job or letting you DIY some aspects of clean up to save cost. He will be honest about work that isn't needed and is thoughtful about charging a fair price. He's become our go-to tree guy after years and years of using different people.
