They ask you to apply with intent to rent then once they have your money they never call an you can never get a hold of a supervisor or anyone in charge if you have any issues big or small their running a scam an I'm sure I'm not the only that has to take them to court. Drop a review let the world know about their terrible service and their rude rental agent who just laugh in your ear every time you call but never have a answer as to when your application will be approved or when you will be able to start viewing the properties they manage.Review fromDennis D

These are Trying Times. I'm happy to be working, and grateful for the Home i go to, at the end of the workday. I see the Manpower and Resources Torres Turnkey puts into the Properties they Manage. I appreciate them for their Efforts and Dedication to the Housing Market Here in Rochester N.Y.

They are robbing the people of greater Rochester by listing apartments that aren’t for rent as well as taking a non refundable application fee and denying potential renters for various reasons to keep the feesTorres Turn Key Property Management, LLC

Hello Mrs. ******, We apologize that you may not understand our processes. The applicatioN fee is "NON-REFUNDABLE". It is clearly stated on the application and applicants must check that they are fully aware of that before being allowed to pay or submit the application. While an applicant is in the process of applying and going through our vetting process all of our listings are being marketed to other applicant simultaneously. The first and best applicant for the said unit is who is selected and then removed for the "available listing". If a specific applicant isn't chosen for the first choice unit they are welcomed to look at any of the others we have available. The application is valid for 90 days so applicant can continue to check the updated listings daily. Hopefully this give some clarity. ThanksReview fromDorreda C

Horrible management company. They pick and choose when they want to respond to requests submitted through the tenant portal. Currently the property that I am renting has 38 open code violations which includes an infestation of raccoons that they are not taking steps to remedy.
