On January 25, 2024, February 6, 2024, and February 16, 2024, BBB attempted to contact Discount Store Savings regarding a pattern of complaints. BBB received complaints concerning items being placed on backorder, consumers were told extended time was needed for deliveries since there was a high volume of orders, and consumers are also told shipments are being prepared despite never receiving them. Consumers are also finding it difficult to get a response from the company about refunds. Additionally, the BBB has received an extensive amount of complaints that need attention from Discount Store Savings. As of March 1, 2024, Discount Store Savings has not responded to the pattern of complaints. BBB has concerns about such business' practices and urges consumers to use caution based on their complaint activity and lack of responsiveness.
