Christian was a lifesaver to me today! Didn't expect to take up so much of his time but I now have a great handle on setting up the Remote AG equipment for anyone who needs it. And since I will be working from Albany for the next 10 days i know I can be efficient. So glad we got the critical error fixed before next week too. Patrick did initial set-up for me and training which was big help....I took great notes. Christian helped me work out my remaining questions now and added remote desktop icons for me to use next week. I love my Simple Tech team, all staff are amazing!

Have to thank Gabe too. I got a nasty virus and these guys fixed it, by going back to zero and rebuilding the system. Can't say enough good things about them!Simple Tech Innovations

I can't say enough positive things about Simple Tech, Innovations, Inc., and their team, especially Adam! Adam has helped me time and time again; always polite, professional, and takes the time to both listen and fully understand a clients needs. Being agile in business requires an agile company that meets our everchanging web world. Additionally, his shared experience, and suggestions, in working with other clients, is beneficial when looking for a "best practice" approach, and maintaining two different websites. This is the best IT company in Rochester. We've had several and Simple Tech is head and shoulders above the rest (even the big ones). Knowledgeable, friendly, reasonably priced and fast to respond to any issues. Andrew, Gabe and the rest of their team is the best in the business.Simple Tech Innovations
