    The most unprofessional business I’ve ever encountered. She was unresponsive to emails then eventually cancelled my setup 2 hours before the event start time. She then refused to refund us over $1000 worth of charges (balloons, accent chair rental, wall, sign and yard card). When she texted (refused to call and discuss) to say she was cancelling she claimed she refunded our money because she was “no longer comfortable doing our event” because we inquired if she was still coming when she was 4 hours late for setup. We should have known she would have been a problem because she was late calling for our initial consultation and then stated it was due to being a working mom of twins, then she slapped us with a late fee $110 for paying our 2nd installment late, however we couldn’t pay until she sent the payment link (which she sent 2 days late), she also didn’t answer questions for over a month. Seemed like she was very unorganized because less than 24 hours before the event was when she was reaching out to find out about paint colors that we had discussed 2 months prior. We had to go through the credit card company to get our refund. Stay away from this scam artist! If you do decide to try her read your contract very well too because she also makes mistakes in her contract. Her contract stated her late fee was $100 and she charged $110. This lady scams, lies and fails to meet expectations every chance she gets. Trust me she’s not worth the stress.
