      I purchased what I thought was an “******” dining room set. It turned out to be from ******* *** ********. I could have purchased the set brand new for the price I was charged for the “Arhaus” set…. I was refunded all but $125.00 for the delivery charge. None of this is my fault so I feel paying for delivery of a product I didn’t order seems just wrong.

      We apologized for the confusion and gave you two options: a full refund or a drastically discounted price, below it's current sale price at any other store. You chose to return the set, but you used the set for two months from Thanksgiving through New Years. You did not pay a delivery fee. You paid a return pickup fee that was much lower than if you had rented a dining set for the holidays.
