    AM Expediting has always been professional and handled my contracts in a timely fashion. I will continue to do business with them and have referred them to my friends and family The owner has always been upfront and professional. I would recommend if you are in NY area.

    I reached out to AM Expediting drafting and design after I received several complaints from *** (during the pandemic April 2020), they send me a brochure on what this company does. I called and spoke to ***********************, owner of this company. They handled the violations over the phone and were helpful at first. His first assistant ****** was very helpful, until she left. I paid what required and even when they didn't file the correct documents and received more summons, we paid. In April 2022, they came and removed part of the sidewalk. They never returned. they were hired to fix the sidewalk and put the metal plate on the curb. I paid for the metal plate in October 2022 and was told it would be fixed in 30 days. By November nothing, December nothing, then in January 2023, I was told by ***** he had to finish 3 more jobs and one was mine. He was going to fix it the sidewalk and this never happened. I needed something in writing, and that never happened. So, I filed a complaint with *** *** and they issued summons to AM Expediting, 11 summons to be exact. The *** reached out to them and hoping to resolve this issue, which wasn't the case. They ignored all phone calls from the ***. *** has pulled all the permits as of October 2023, for AM Expediting. So, any work that is done is done without a permit. They aren't reliable and seem to be a scam all together. Funny thing his office called me in July 2023, about the sidewalk, not realizing he never did the job. I understand this company isn't listed by the BBB Accredited. I hope others see this and think twice about using AM Expediting or ***********************.

    THE *** FOR ******** ****** WAS FOR CREATING A NEW CURB CUT AND DRIVEWAY, FAILURE TO MAINTAIN BUILDINGS IN A CODE-COMPLIANT MANNER. NOTED: AT THE ***** OF THE PROPERTY, THE SIDEWALK CURB HAS BEEN MODIFIED BY CUTTING SO THAT PORTION OF THE CURB IS LOWERED TO ENABLE A VEHICLE TO DRIVE UNTO AN ILLEGAL OFF-STREET PARKING PAD, WHICH HAS BEEN COMPLETED, AND VIOLATIONS IN THE OWNER'S NAME HAVE BEEN REMOVED FROM THE PROPERTY. AS WE WERE HIRED TO DO SO AS FAR AS A TIME FRAME OF COMPLETION, WE NEVER GAVE A COMPLETION DATE AS WE DEAL WITH CITY AGENCIES AND TIME FRAMES; SOMETIMES THEY NEVER STAY ON SCHEDULE. DUE TO CITY POLICIES HOWEVER, WE HAVE DONE ALL REQUESTED, AND YOU NO LONGER HAVE AN ISSUE WITH THE SIDEWALK. IF WE WERE A SCAM, YOUR WORK WOULD HAVE BEEN COMPLETED AND VIOLATIONS RESOLVED AT THE PROPERTY . YOU ARE BAD MOUTHING OUR COMPANY EVEN THOUGH YOUR WORK IS COMPLETE .. DEFAMATION OF CHARACTER AND THE UNDERMINING OF OUR COMPANY WE TAKE SERIOUS . . AND WILL LEAD TO A LAW SUIT BE FILED AGAINST YOU FOR SUCH .
