    This is one of the worst business ever created. As a mental health coach I had contacted this company for a client that needed assistance for his mental health. I was informed by ******* since 2/26/24, that within two weeks he would be contacted. I called to follow up on 3/20/24 and I was told that she did not submit the form and for him to wait 2more weeks to be seen or for an appointment. I informed ******* that I their lack of consideration has no empathy on caring for this or any other client regardless of status and a complaint will be placed with the BBB. (Better Business Bureau). I will give them a 1 star rating simply because they answered the phone, yet this company does don't deserve to have any stars for a business that has clearly dismissed the importance of helping others with mental health concerns.
