  Scammers. They do poor job, unprofessional and charge 100 each times in less then a month. They liars. Not recommended. Run

  They came 10/25/22. *********. Immediately I advised them to watch out for the walls which have been renovated. They Ofcourse dirtied up the entire area walls and floor left dirty with sewage. I went to get something to clean it up my myself to see if it was cleanable on my own. One of the two a young boy in stature told me to pay him immediately or he would go and clog my sewer. I Ofcourse told him to do so and then he attempted to fight me. Had it not been for my family holding me back he would have left my house crawling (in self defense). Do not go to these people. I wasnt even able to get an address for them until I came on here. They hide their information well.

  We used ******* sewer service on 8/13/2022. The service was bad and the job was probably incomplete and claimed to be completed. Two mechanics came on 8/13 to clear my clogged sewer line inside the house and to the street. They told me the sewer line is cleared, in less than 10 minutes. They told me that some rough bumps were experienced while they were doing the work and recommended that I should have the sewer line serviced every 6 month. I paid them the agreed to price of $100 cash. They left an unsigned receipt with no mentioning of work done warranty.The sewer line was backed up again several days later. we called ******* on 8/21 and was told that the mechanics will come the next day between 12:00 and 1:00 pm. At 12:45 pm we received a call from ******* telling us the mechanics refused to come unless we pay $100 for the service again because they said the sewer line is bad and they CANNOT GUARANTEE HOW LONG THE LINE WILL WORK. The mechanic never come!!!We will never use ******* Sewer Service again as they are irresposible and does not stand behind their work!!! p.s.: I USED ANOTHER SEWER SERVICE AND THEY CLEARED THE BLOCKAGE BY REMOVING SOME ROOTS FROM THE SEWER!!! THEY GUARANTEED THE WORK FOR 3 MONTHS!!!

  This business was recommended by my sister as apparently they did plumbing work couple of years ago and supposedly fixed the issue. I called and stated that there was water backing up in the shower. The person I spoke to asked me to confirm no water backing ** anywhere else in the basement which I did. I'm assuming the person I spoke with was ***** himself, he immediately told me the price was $70 which I agreed to and I told him about paying with a money app service which he agreed was ok. There business states they're 24/7 but he told me they closed at 5pm and that I should pay first before he can do the service. I told ***** that I can pay when the service is completed. ***** said a plumber would be there next morning 8am...the next day around 9am I called and he replied saying he called me numerous times(he did not!) and that he's not sending anyone over until I pay him first, which I couldn't anyway since I didn't have his money app info. I stated that I worked for the city and that paying was not an issue, he then says if you work for the city you should have the money and he's not wasting gas on coming to the house... ***** then says its probably best if I don't use their services and hangs up the phone on me...I've been in customer ********************** jobs most of my working life and this is not it!!!
