      I opened **** Mastercard to take advantage of a promotion they offered. $60 bill credit for purchase of $300 or more I applied. Got approved, was advised available for immediate use. However thay is not the case. After 3hrs of being bounced from several departments and futile chat efforts. ****/ Mastercard can't provide me acct # or link the card to my ****. So the purchase I applied to use this for , I have to wait **** business days for physical card to arrive. I would NOT have opened the card if I wasn't able to maximize the promotion. I called ****. Pay pal. ************** (issuing bank) nobody was able to help me. This was misleading and 3hrs waste of time. I ended up making the purchase on a real credit card that has customer service at the full price and will close this new account as soon as card arrives. It's clear they don't care about consumer experience, my credit impact and the misleading factor that the credit can be used on immediate purchase. I am a sharp person and not naive to ways of the credit world, but this was pitiful and irresponsible. Nobody cared, nobody offered any help. Don't apply for this credit card to get the promotion.

      The company requires you to give them your bank user name and password to apply for a loan. Giving a company full access to your bank accounts is ridiculous, reputable companies just require account and routing number to verify the account. I canceled my application request. I hope there aren't too many that fall for this scam.

      I just received my invoice from MasterCard there is a charge from ************** ****** ********** *** for $1000.00. I can't afford that. I wanted to give $10.00. I called all the numbers I could find and the calls did not go through. Can you please help? I would like to get this charge erased so it doesn't affect my credit. Please call me or email me. Thank you.

      Company keeps checking my bank records without my permission and there seems to be no way of getting ahold of someone to talk to to make them stop. There is no phone number on the website and when I did research and find a number, there was only voicemail..
