  I first reached out to TSM back in 2021 and they provide me a lavish incentive to move my website over to them. They made many promises to increase traffic, leads and talked highly about their *** services claiming they were the best. I took the risk and came on board with them. Their turn over rate is impressive and no matter what I relayed to my marketing manager, those edits were always done wrong and took many days into weeks to complete. This is 2024 and my *** was never fully built out, my website is halfway finished and they are refusing to send me my backup file of the website (holding it hostage) claiming that its a proprietary platform so that I cannot transfer to another company, which is not correct, they do have the ability to send me my backup file, they just don't want to. My ****** rankings are diminishing, my *** is not even ranking for our industry keywords and we're being surpassed by new companies that are opening up. My mobile version was never optimized and this is 2024. They had over 2 years to provide me with a mobile friendly website. My marketing manager has also displayed poor customer service. She's lashed out to the newly hired marketing company we hired to rebuild the website and showed her true colors.

  I have been with this company for a year it was OK but I always have to be on top of them and making sure they are doing their SEO job, but they do the bare minimum every single time. I dont recommend anyone to go to them. All they really do is edit websites and make you a website that an AI can do better.

  They honestly stole money from my account . They built a terrible website and were very disrespectful. I reported for fraud . Please do not give them your card information.

  I paid for one month and they did nothing my representative did not answer my calls after they sold me and every time I wanted to try get in contact I needed to go through customer service and they emailed her to call me back. My website was not up my first month as I was told it would be up and I called to cancel and the person on the other side tried to sell me and tell me to stay with town square they would only charge me $200 for the next month since they already created the website they just never launched it I said no I wanted to cancel it and they said ok they would run my website until that month was over a week later I get a charge of $550 for the next month I called customer service and they said they didnt have any calls recorded even though I have call logs. I asked for at least the refund for the half of it like they told me I would have a discounted price but no they said they would call me back 48 hours and they never called back its been a week later now and this is not fair I am a new business owner and 550 is a lot of money and they have done nothing this month since they know I already canceled anyways

  From the very top to the very bottom, Townsquare Media fails it's customers. It is comprised of a great many fast talkers who could care less about what amounts to serious concerns. Your complaints (which there will be many) will be forwarded into a que. The scripted response spoken by a live person will not change. A promise to delve into your problems will be voiced and the response will never be from the Executive Staff member who initiated the call. Once your frustration builds (they are well aware of this) yet another problem solver will pledge an absolute solution to what ails by moving your business up to their elite group of service providers. This will be followed by the offer of a "free month" of service. Do not waste your money, time, or company reputation as it will cost you dearly in the end.

  This company is super weird to work with. I had previously worked with them, it was an OK service. Once I came back from maternity leave, I called *****, and asked him to get my website back, with only one change: the address. I waited for 3 weeks, and nothing. I got an update when I told them that I would like to cancel, but with the wrong address... They are not serious, do not waste your blood money!!I called them, requesting refund for the amount that I paid, they said: "We are sorry, we are understaffed, and we will get you the refund" It's been 5 months.... *********************** and ***************************, I'm still waiting....

  THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE!!!!They offer horrible service and they are unresponsive. Unfortunately this company did not provide any of the services request. I cancelled my service with them and they continuously billed me for 2 additional months for a total $3000.
