    I was unsure why I needed this service. I was informed by ************** to which I subscribe, that my computer was infected with a virus and they could not help me. They then transferred me to this company to resolve my problem. I am 80 years old and I am not very computer literate.The person from Strike Solution Corporation told me the only way to fix my problem was to pay for their services. I was desperate after being told my computer was at risk, so I agreed to proceed.I then gave them permission to take over my computer for about one hour. I was asked to sign some paperwork, and pay $599.00 for a 3 year service plan. I believe that this company realized that I was both old and uninformed about computer problems. They did state that I had 30 days to cancel the agreement. Once I check out this company, I may exercise this option. I would hate to think of other persons similarly situated who face this situation. I am wondering what relationship ****** has to this company?
