    I was very confused with computer problems and received very patient technicians who walked me through all the was going on as well as what to be aware of in the future. I was also provided with information for contact if any problems occurred. As a person who does not understand computers things were explained to me so I could understand them and in the future I know where or who to call when or if a problem occurs.
