    I signed a contract for a sunroom 1/22 with *** after he assured me there was enough clearance from my septic. It took until July of 22 to get the engineering plans so I could submit a permit application. *** said the delay was because his engineer had a fire in his home. The town advised us immediately that my septic was too close to where the sunroom would be built and my only option was to move it. Since I had just replaced it for $10,000 that wasnt an option. I requested a refund from *** since he assured me the septic was not a problem. It has now been over two years and *** has only refunded less than half the money, Im still owed over $4800. This is after having told him repeatedly installments in any amount are fine. I have repeatedly been put off with promises that my refund is coming next week or very soon. It now looks like I will have to take legal action, which should not be necessary when I have been more than patient.

From *******************, to the architect, engineer, *******, construction crew and electricians, all were courteous, meticulous and professional. *********** project was completed on time and met the contractual price to the *****. We highly recommend Under the Sun Improvements and would be happy to share our experience!
