    See previous review 3 months ago re AC install. I recently employed Fox Air again n this time it was for my pre winter oil burner tune up. ***ir technician was such a detective that while tuning it up he discovered the reason for the flapping noise that my previous tech had said was nothing to be concerned about. ******* opened the firebox and discovered that the insulation was loose and off the walls and flapping into the flames. This would result in further deterioration of the needed insulation otherwise the walls would eventually rust out and compromise the burner and be dangerous. It was determined that the best course of action on this 26 yr old furnace which had outlived its usefulness, was to replace it. ***y sent a salesman that same day to review with me my options for getting a new furnace. After choosing a new energy star furnace , they submitted the appropriate permit requests to my town of ************* to obtain a work order and inspection of the upcoming job by the towns building ***** *** town called me to get statements and notarise the need for this job due to its emergent nature. Due to their diligence and quick action , I was able to get the new furnace on Monday of the following week. *** beautiful gleaming copper pipes are a work of art *** furnace is now new, energy efficient, clean burning and quiet. Now thanks to Fox Air I hve a safe efficient furnace before winter comes on, all thanks to their great technician ******* who found that the furnace was in danger of blowing up and instituted the proper steps to get me what I now have. A great new safe furnace before old man winter is upon us. Fox Air is a terrific company for your heating and Air conditioning needs. You can't go wrong when you call Fox. ***y are out of ************. Don't put off calling them you won't be disappointed Boooyaaah! Sincerely ********************************************
