    I called customer service yesterday to help my father deal with a confusing bill because my mother is receiving hospice and can not help him anymore. I had a question about a credit that was applied, tried to find out who paid their bill this month, and wanted to cancel their TV. This should have been taking care of in 15/20 mins. Instead I was put on hold several times. After 40 mins I asked for a supervisor three different times and continued to get passed around from agent to agent who would not give me answers. The last "supervisor" that I tried to reason with and simply get answers from, (after about an hour) was now beginning to raise her voice at me. I had no choice but to hang up as I felt bullied, taken advantage of, yelled at and still no answers to me simple questions. After hanging up I was shook! This supervisor named ****** called me back not to help me or apologize, but just to continue to harass me! My mother passing from cancer is bad enough and now I am traumatized from extremely poor Optimum customer service. This location should be shut down immediately or fire this heartless ****** person.
