      I'm a longstanding customer (20+ years) who had called to make an appointment to turn on service. The voice message said to use the website. So I did. I received an email confirmation of my appointment. When no one showed up, I called. I was informed that I shouldn't have used the website -- and if I had used the website, I should have called them to tell THEM when the appointment was. When I replied that their own voice message encouraged me to use the website, I was met with the verbal equivalent of a shrug. There was no apology for my having sat at home waiting for them. Time to switch sprinkler companies!
