    I never ordered anything from this company, nor did I download any type of key, whatever that is... I have been trying for over a month to get my $119.00 back to no avail... I have several emails with different lame excuses as to why my account has not been refunded.... Always saying to just wait a few days..... Now, I've contacted a lawyer and the BBB....

    This company charged me $155.88 for a service which was wrongly advertised, i immediately requested a refund that same day. They responded that the refund would be processed in 3-5 business days. Its been 1 month of back and forth with the same response of 3-5 business days but it was never refunded. Stay away from this thieves, they also disguise there business names as ********, auto-forward amongst others.

    Scam! Liars! Con Artists! Thieves! This "company" deserves ZERO stars!I spent $110.55 for something I was never able to use. When I purchased, I accidently bought the autoforward for MY device & not the target device. So, I Obviously couldn't do anything with it. I purchased, as I was clearly not trying to spy on myself. So, with the reviews seeming promised & the return policy seeming easy peasy, I immediately emailed for refund and explained my mess up. I purchased back in April, 2022, asked for a refund not even 15 minutes later and have gotten NOWHERE! They say that there is 24/7 support. SIKE! There's literally an automated system that tells you to email your issues. Once you email your issues, it's literally like you're emailing a robot. You get the same response. I have been "communicating via email" with some "woman" name ******* ******** and have gotten nowhere. She did at one time tell me the money was in fact refunded back into my account. Guess what? it never was. I have called my bank, I have checked my statements, NOTHING! that's when I started to really regret everything & pretty much have just had to understand and live with the fact that I will probably never get my hard-earned money back. $110.55 to be exact. This was one of the biggest mistakes I have made in a long time. This is not a company ran by actual people. It's all automated & robots. There's zero compassion. zero problem solving. This is a complete scam. I am very close to paying my attorney double of what I'm trying to get back just because of how insanely aggravated I am. Where were all the bad & honest reviews when I was doing research before giving this "company" my money? Seems like I've only discovered them now after the s*** I've been put through. It all seemed so promising & legit in the beginning. Do not waste your time or money. If something goes wrong, you will never get your money back.
