      Not a happy customer!!! I have flat feet and have been experiencing more pain recently so I decided to try the Good Feet store in ******, **. They measure and take an impression of your feet to get a footprint. The associate goes into the back and a few minutes later comes back with 3 arch supports - each one gets progressively lower. (I would still like to understand how they come to the medical opinion that your footprint and not a mold of your foot determines the types of arch support that you need). When you have tried the 3 types of arch supports in different shoes, the associate tells you the price - the cheapest was $1500 plus tax come to $1700 and there is no refund. When she told me there was no refund, alarm bells should have gone off and I should have just left but I was really looking for relief from the pain in my feet. You also have to buy the 3 - you can't buy just one. There are 2 other pricing options but I still don't know what the extras are for the extra $500+. I don't even know what the perks of these $1500 options are as I didn't get a copy of that leaflet. I tried the supports out as instructed. They are uncomfortable, my feet were throbbing with the pain for hours after I took them out. I have only had them a few days but I am not going to try them out anymore in case they end up doing more damage to my feet. It makes absolutely no sense that they do not provide a refund. These are not supports specifically created for your feet. If their product is so good, they should have no reason for refunding the product when the customer doesn't have success with it. For all I know, they have 3 different types for every foot type that they bring out. I am so annoyed that I paid $1700 for something that I cannot use that provided no relief and caused more harm than good. Please go to a board certified podiatrist to get orthotics that will work at a third of the price. I am going to try the Better Business Bureau to see if I can take some action.

      I am a true Cobbler. your Boulderdash! i can make shoes! to a personal preference, including arch support. a thousand years!

      On 9/4/2024 I went to the Good Feet Store in ****** ******* Queens N.Y. hoping to find comfortable shoes that can provide comfort and stability for my feet and knees. Instead, I found not a shoe store but an arch foot support business. The polite informative salesperson inquired what were my foot concerns that led me to the store. I said, primarily a knee bone displacement that occurred during my early years of employment as an early childhood teacher. After being given a foot 4 arch stress ink printout, and 3 different arch supports stress stability test, I was given a ****** sneaker to try each arch support. The 1st and 2nd were too hard. I stated no way would I wear these two arches, even within the suggested monthly Adjustment Schedule Tracker Plan, the 3rd Relaxers was comfortable. I had to follow the plan of usage until my feet can develop strength and stability. This was to be only a package deal. I could not just buy the Relaxer. The price was over a thousand dollars and no refund was verbalized. I completely forgot my original intention to just seek an orthopedic comfort shoe. I was convinced on the Relaxer, which I use daily, so i accepted the package deal. However, after 2 1/2 weeks I felt foot and leg stress and sluggishness. I returned to seek refund. The salesperson again stated No Refund, but they can provide store credit. A few days afterwards, on 9/26, I was home sitting down after a day at church from 9 to 3pm, a sharp ******************** that felt like a knife, made me yell. I could not walk but I applied ice then laid down that entire evening till next day. I am recovered now but I am not using the Relaxer ever again. I hope the BBB can help intervene and provide some mutual agreement of a compensation.
