      Hours on the phone with "experts" that I could not understand and they could not understand me. They kept me repeating steps over and over with the same outcome which was nothing. I asked for a payment receipt to be sent to my email twice and still haven't gotten it. I have asked for a refund and after talking to 3 people, I have to wait for a call from customer support first. Bad business all around. **** is my computer and **** is the one that put me through to the service. My next computer will not an **** since it looks like I have to buy a new one.

      I was under the impression this was a job sent them all of my information. DLs SS number the whole 9 yards. In the beginning I was told the equipment would be provided at no cost to me. Now that I've sent all my personal information they tell me that I'll have to pay for my equipment up front and they'll reimburse me with my first paycheck. I did not provide any account information but I have provided my DLs and SS number and now I'm concerned about identity theft.
