    The misleading and false advertising by this company is unbelievable. The sturdy power coated "Steel" frame is nothing more than bar aluminum. Which if anyone knows in *** will not hold up to the scrutinizng torque of a CNC machine.Second, if you need parts afterwards, heed my warning and insist on a copy of the warranty prior to purchasing. It would be easier to list what is covered than what is.And need to replace a part? Support will tell you that the parts will ship that day or next day. When that day comes around, they can not give you a tracking number but will assure you that it has shipped. A word to the wise, if you don't getting a shipping notice with a tracking number, don't hold your breath that it shipped. We've been waiting on parts for weeks now and when you call them out on their misinformation, they will ignore you emails and phone calls.There are a lot better companies who value your business, seek them out. But stay away from Bantam Tools.
