    We were having an issue with our Monogram oven, Called to set up an appointment and was told I would need to pay a dispatch fee of $141.16( unusual fee 16 cents??) and a travel fee of $125 upfront before they could schedule a visit. I paid $276.94 on the phone and set up the appointment. The technician arrived the next day and found i had a faulty bake ignitor. He went to van and found the new part and handed me a handwritten invoice for $510.50. My oven was disassembled so I paid the balance of $233.56.The tech was in my house for maybe 40 minutes.The next day I thought about it and felt it was excessive so I went online and priced the part at $53. So even if the Fleet supplier charged double that $106 and account for the travel of $125 the labor portion for 40 minutes work is $279.50. This equates to $419.25 per hour for labor.A little over the top dont you think

    Thank you for your review. We informed you of the repair price before we did any work and you authorized ************** to do the repair. And you paid him. You had every option to decline the repair, but you choose to agree and approve the repair and price. As we stated on the phone to you, we do not charge by the hour, we charge a flat rate which is common in the Appliance service industry. Please call us back if you would like further explanation of the repair price.

    We called the company to work on our four year old high end Kitchen Aid refrigerator. The first problem was the lights were out in the entire unit. We were told to contact ********* and tell them to send a work order to Fleet. This process took 1 hour. The repair technician returned with the wrong lights. We were charged for a travel visit and a home visit. We had to contact Whirlpool again for different lights and the technician returned again with the wrong number of lights.Meanwhile our refrigerator did not hold the cold temperature. A new technician came and told us he needed to replace the compressor.$1900.00. Again the unit did not hold the temperature. The technician returned to tune something up. The very next morning we already were losing the cold temperature. We were leaving on vacation that very day but called Fleet. They wanted to send the expert which was impossible for us.Four months without a fully working refrigerator and the day we are leaving they decide to send the expert. No more !!!!! They refused to acknowledge that they could not figure out the problem and they strung us along and charged us for a new and I believe an unnecessary compressor since it did not solve the problem, service charges and two travel charges. We have since bought a new refrigerator for less money than they have charged us for NOT repairing our refrigerator.

    Damaged our wood floor when fixing our frig. Said they would fix, but close to a year later, Service Manager *** has been doing everything possible to not fix it. We got ** involved and he lied to them, but backtracked to ** and said he would fix it, but nothing. Terrible company

    Worst service ever and a bunch of liars. Overcharged and told the part to repair my ******* dryer would be 5-7 days. A month later and now I'm told it's not in stock and they have to order directly from *******. My machine is a year old. I can buy a new one for what I am paying for the fee for Fleet to fix this and their service charge if they can ever even answer me as to when they are getting the part. I had to give them 1/2 the money for the part so now if I cancel I still have to pay them ****** for this mess.

Unfortunately, the situation you've experienced is due to an unexpected supply chain issue that has affected the availability of certain dryer parts from *******. Rest assured that we were actively working to resolve this issue and expedite the delivery of the control board. Since you cancelled the order we have refunded your deposit less the technician Dispatch Fee. As of this moment ******* said ETA is 9/10. If you have any questions or concerns, please give us a call.

    Rude as anything. Recieved email from the. For appointment. Called to confirm they had no record. Finally found it and the Advised that we had to pay beforehand for a warranty visit set up by the manufacture. When asked to speak to manager told "shes in a meeting". When asked if i came up to store now to see her, was told i was threating them. People need to learn customer service skills.
