    Rebecca C******* stole my money didn't perform management services. Hired an attorney without our consent and fraudulently put our names on it. She needs to be in prison for fraud, cheating, lying, breach, and harassment

    Terrible experience with Becky. She is the owner of Lake Ontario Property Management. It has been two months since moving out and I have yet to get my security deposit back. No itemized receipt or damages or so much as a comment regarding the deposit. NYS law gives landlords 14 days to return it and or give a receipt of damage, it has been 59 days. I texted her last Tuesday and she never responded. And then I texted again on Thursday and she did not respond. I called the office and she answered and hung up after my call was transferred to her and proceeded to text me back one minute later after the week of no response saying she’d send it by the end of the day… She didn’t.. I texted her again, and she said she’d send it… she didn’t. I’ve had a horrible experience and I don’t recommend Rebecca C******* or LOPM if you value your time, money, or sanity.
