    If I could leave no stars I would. Please stay away from this place unless you like going up flights of stairs with the elevators shutting down every other day, your car being flooded, repairs not being resolved or receiving used dirty appliances and constant changes for another dirty appliance, their coffee bar always out of order, possibly no longer have night concierge staff. And forget if you have a medical condition, no one cares. I moved in October 2022 and have experienced more incompetence, disorganization, and irresponsibility from any management or company Ive ever come across. Despite all problems you will face in your apartment here, dont think for a second you will be able to break your lease. They care about the money, not your well being. There have been tenants posting notices on how to break your lease in this building. The concierge staff and the maintenance workers are the only true gems.
