    I had extremely high radon levels in my new home based on self-testing. A DIY mitigation system had been installed in the basement but new readings could not determine whether levels had been abated to within the acceptable range. I contacted Jeff and explained the issue. He responded immediately. He came to my home, inspected the existing mitigation system, and set up his equipment to test the current levels. Hourly readings were taken and recorded over a 24 hour period determining that levels had been mitigated within the accepted range. I was provided a comprehensive report validating that my home was safe and that retesting would not be necessary for an additional 2 years. Outstanding customer service, knowledge, and price regarding this service providing me with day to day peace of mind living in my home. Highly recommend!!
