We hired them to insulate our home. Months later renovation in the home revealed that virtually no insulation was injected. I have photos to indicate the lack of insulation. They did manage to inject foam into our toilet, which involved pulling the toilet. I have contacted the company and received no response to date.USA Insulation of Buffalo

*****'s install was 3/16/22. At the time of install there was an issue with the toilet which was addressed and the customer was compensated financially which we thought resolved that issue. With her most recent issue, we did receive her certified letter and her review on BBB. We have reached out numerous times to address her most recent concerns and we have not received any return calls.USA Insulation of Buffalo

The guys were great & professional. Had an issue with the GFCI in my kitchen that tripped the circuit breaker 2 days after completion. An electrician found the issue in an outlet that had been filled with insulation. Everything back in working order. I highly recommend USA insulation as they were prompt with installation, cleaned up afterwards.USA Insulation of Buffalo

Their plugs split my clapboards and left my entire house pockmarked with uneven, unfinished wood plugs that I will have to hire painters to correct at my own expense. I've asked the company for suggestions how to cover these eyesores but have been ignored. The way they leave your house looking is something they don't mention in their advertisements.USA Insulation of Buffalo

USA came out to our house in early spring to have our house insulated. They were very accommodating and walked us through the process along the way. This summer the air conditioning ran much less and the house felt way less drafty. Good product and great service. Very friendly.Review fromLatrice G.

The sales person Brian come out and did an assessment of the job. He didn't look at the top porch which showed that I had espestice siding on my house. The day of installation came and the installer advises they don't have a permit to go through my siding. Then the general manager called you inform me. His name is Jason C******. He was rude and condescending. He said "We are both at a loss." I was paying close to $10,000 for a service to be yelled at and disrespected. Now I got an estimate to seal the basement and attic and that is close to 4300. I wish this company would train their sales person Brian K***** better because this situation could have been a avoided. They also need to train there general manager on how to handle issues and apologize when his people are wrong instead of yelling at customersUSA Insulation of Buffalo

The satisfaction of our customers is always our top priority and we take it very seriously when that standard has not been met. Unfortunate circumstances like this will happen from time to time (we show up to complete an install and we encounter things like the presence of asbestos that preclude us from completing the install as planned). We do have solutions to overcome those issues that require altering the process we use to install our product. These solutions are always offered to the customer as was the case in this situation. As always, we are still working to find a way to provide the best level of service possible. We do apologize if this lead to a misunderstanding with the customer and offense was taken. That is certainly not how we conduct business and would never do so intentionally. We would truly appreciate that opportunity to show this and all customers the high level of service we are capable of and always strive for.
